Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A large volume of microwave communications are necessary for operational and video production purposes during the thirteenth annual Formula One Grand Prix Automobile race at Circuit of the Americas race track, Austin, Texas, and at the fourth annual Formula One Grand Prix at a street track in Las Vegas, Nevada during the qualifying events and the races themselves Large numbers of race teams from Europe and other parts of the world will be bringing their equipment to the race track for video production and for operational communications. Sufficient frequencies cannot be obtained through the Commissions licensing process and they are only needed for a very short-duration, low power operation.
