Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary for the temporary use at a fixed location of a Selex Rainscanner weather radar at the Circuit of the Americas Race Track near Austin, Texas, and at a street track location in Las Vegas, Nevada, just prior to the Formula One Grand Prix races at those venues in October (20-25 at Austin, TX) and November (18-22 at Las Vegas) of this year. The same weather radar is used at other Formula One races worldwide. See attached narrative.
