Please explain the purpose of operation:
Air-to-ground and ground-to-ground testing of a new DRS designed radio, including testing against interference from another Station Keeping Equipment system operating in Pulse Mode. The reason for the requested is to perform air-to-ground and ground-to-ground testing of the new DRS designed radio, including testing against interference from another Station Keeping Equipment (SKE) system operating in Pulse Mode. The RF system testing that DRS-EWNS intends to perform under the STA is on enhanced versions of our SKE, which is used to allow the safe flight of closely spaced formations of military cargo aircraft (C-130, C-17, etc.) in all weather conditions.
