Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary for the temporary use at a fixed location of a Selex Systems Integration Germatronik Weather Radar Model RS-90 Rainscanner at the Circuit of the Americas automobile racing track in Austin, Texas just prior to and during the Formula One Race at that venue in November of this year. This same weather radar is used in all other Formula One racing venues worldwide. The radar is to operate on a center frequency of 9410 MHz for which there is no license held presently by the applicant.
