Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of UHF TV channels 16, 40, 50, 57 and 61. These channels will be used to provide wireless microphone and logistic support for the network coverage of Super Bowl XLI and related events from January 28 through February 5, 2007 at Dolphins Stadium Miami, FL. Broad Comm provides radio-frequency support services to broadcasters and broadcast network entities for coverage of major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for several previous events. The low powers to be used by these devices is not expected to cause any interference to authorized televsion service in the area.
