Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of the frequencies 1296, 1470, 1490, 4560, 4585 and 4610 MHz for the purpose of portable video for televised coverage of the Presidents Cup golf event at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club at Gainesville, VA for the period of September 14 to September 25, 2005. AFTRCC coordination was requested and received for the frequencies 1470 and 1490 MHz. In addition the low power requested to be utilized on the other frequencies (1.0 W on 1296 MHz and 100 mW on 4560, 4585 and 4610 MHz) is expected to preclude interference to any other users of these frequencies.
