Special Temporary Authority application - Initial values - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
ARINC will be conducting two test or demonstrations The first test will demonstrate interoperability between vender hardware platforms. This demonstration will show P-25 hardware compatibility on the same frequency and with the same modulation configuration The second demonstration will show interoperability between differing hardware, frequency and modulation types. For example in this demonstration we will show a VHF radio communicating with a UHF radio or a AM radio and FM radio on different frequencies interoperate, this may extend beyond RF to include Voice Over IP etc. The demonstration will be held on Nov 6, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
