Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The launch vehicle will insert commercial satellites a 500 km sun-synchronous orbit. After the launch vehicle stage is confirmed to be in the mission-defined orbit, a payload will separate from the stage. The second stage will transmit telemetry for a short amount of time to verify proper orbital insertion. The second stage will autonomously vent and discharge batteries prior to ending operations and transmit verification that these operations have occurred.
