Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The desired tests are of a short term nature and thus do not require an operational or experimental license. A STA is more appropriate. These tests will be conducted using one of the 7.3 m gateway antennas constructed for the VIASAT-1 satellite and owned bandwidth on the ANIK-F2 satellite at 111.1 deg W.L.
