Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Telenor Satellite, Inc. is requesting expedited action for a renewal of our previous STA, call sign WC9XBE, to support a ground-based demonstration of a picocell system using GSM handsets. The demonstration will be taking place at the World Airline Entertainment Association conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, FL. We are currently in the process of coordinating with a PCS licensee to share a channel in the 1900MHz band for the demonstration. The demonstration is scheduled to take place between September 10 to September 15.
