        In re Application of

        Silvus Technologies, Inc.
        10990 Wilshire BLVD., Suite 1500
        Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate in the 2200-2290MHz, 2360-2390MHz and 4400-5000MHz Telemetry Bands
at the NAS PAX River, Maryland.

        ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc., hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2200-2290MHz, 2360-2390MHz, and 4400-5000MHz telemetry bands
pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests
that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered
        at 2280MHz, 2380MHz, 4940MHz and 5000MHz with a 20MHz bandwidth from July 16,
2017 through July 22, 2017 with intermittent usage. As explained below, Silvus
Technologies, Inc., is filing an STA request to demonstrate new microwave technologies
in a MIMO configuration for a USSOCOM Experimentation Session at NAS PAX River in
Maryland. Silvus Technologies, Inc., submits that there are extraordinary circumstances
warranting a grant of the STA request.

The United States Special Operations Command has invited Silvus Technologies, Inc., to
demonstrate new microwave emission technologies utilizing a Visual Engineering IP
Camera as a sensor. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the PAX River area,
coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area
events, Silvus Technologies, Inc., requests the use of these channels.

Silvus Technologies, Inc., certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.2GHz, 2.3GHz, 4.4Ghz and 5GHz bands
would serve the public interest by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the
reliability of their emission scheme as it relates to the Visual Engineering IP Camera in a
wireless MIMO configuration. The proposed service would enable demonstration of the
Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in a terrestrial exercise. Silvus
Technologies, Inc is in the process of obtaining the consent of the relevant frequency
coordinators for this project, including AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its intent to
forward the results of the coordination to the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
