FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: File Number: 0379-EX-ST-2013 Exhibit 1: Information on Experiment Purpose of Experiment SRC respectfully requests the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an Experimental License for the operation of an airborne X Band GMTI Radar for the purpose of testing GMTI performance of a prototype radar. The period of time SRC will be requesting our Experimental License is from 5/3/2013 through 5/17/2013. Operating Location The X Band GMTI Radar will be operated on an aircraft 1524 meters above ground level within the 10 km (6.2 mi) radius of operation. The coordinates SRC will use for the center of operation are: Elevation Radius of Location Latitude Longitude (Above mean Operation Sea Level) Virginia Beach, 1524 m 36°55'54"N 76° 0'39"W 10 km VA (5000 ft)
