Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The STA is necessary to develop Avian Surveillance and Warning System Radar waveforms for the purpose of avian and aircraft detection in the presence of wind turbines. SRC Inc further understands that modifications to the US table of frequency allocations will be necessary before this system can be sold to non-Federal Government entities.
