FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: 0034-EX-ML-2015 Exhibit 1: Requested Changes to Experimental License SRC respectfully requests the Commission to modify our Experimental License WG2XLQ for the purpose of conducting RF signature experiments to the following parameters: Parameter Value Frequency Range 400 MHz to 450 MHz Power output 29 Watts Emission designator Unchanged We are requesting the present frequency range be increased from 420-450 MHz to 400- 450 MHz. We are also requesting that our power output be increased from 10 watts to 29 watts. The occupied bandwidth of our system will remain unchanged. All tests will be conducted over short distances. Our experiments will be conducted within our requested 1 km radius of operation which covers the SRC campus. Experiments will utilize a directional antenna mounted on a fixed tripod at a height of 10ft above ground level. Tests will be conducted intermittently during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM weather permitting.
