Modification of Dove 3 Experimental License

This is a proposed modification to the current license for the Dove 3 experimental satellite.

Current license: 0548-EX-PL-2012

Call Sign: WG2XKW

The modification requests to move the X-band center frequency to 8133 MHz and to increase
the maximum occupied bandwidth to 66 MHz. This will allow testing of the latest capabilities of
the experimental X-band transmitter.

No other changes to license are requested.

Current launch date for Dove 3 is November 21, 2013 on the Dnepr rocket.
