Question: During your testing and construction, will there be two-way communication with any satellite(s)
in space? If yes, please provide the name(s) and coordinates.

Answer: During testing there will be no communication between the test system and any other entity.
The test system antenna dish will be pointed vertically. Transmitted signal will consist of CW (continuous
wave, no modulation) at peak power only. Transmission will only be active for short periods of time only,
as the receive channel is checked for interference and modulation products.
