In response to the above-referenced correspondence, Iridium Satellite LLC provides the following
answers:

(1) Iridium initially anticipated that a request would be made that certain portions of its application be kept
confidential. Iridium no longer intends that any of its application material be confidential, yet there does
not appear to be a mechanism in the OET filing system to change Iridium's initial response to that
question.

(2) Iridium paid the filing fee on 11/1/2010 by way of the Commission's fee system. The fee filer
