If so, is it certified? -What is the maximum flight level of the aircraft for this testing in Florida? -Can FlightScan reduce the amount of bandwidth for the uplink and downlink signals? -Is FlightScan planning additional locations to perform this testing? The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
