Re: Informal Objection of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, Inc.

Dear Mr. Burtle:

Please be advised that Ericsson Inc. met Friday with representatives from the
Society of Broadcast Engineers, Inc. regarding their March 23, 2007 informal objection
to Ericsson's Special Temporary Authority license application # 0169-EX-ST-2007. In
this application, Ericsson seeks permission to conduct experimentation at 2110-2120
MHz in Parsippany, NJ.

Ericsson understands SBE's frequency coordination concems and is fully
committed to addressing them. To this end, Ericsson will:

      1) Establish a 24 hour hotline so that any interference issues can be immediately
called to Ericsson's attention and transmission can be terminated until the
      interference issue is resolved;

      2) Include the local BAS coordinator, Leo Rosenberg, on Ericsson's coordination
letters and advise him of the hotline; and

      3) Focus its experimental operations in the AWS A2 band (2115-2120MHz).

Ericsson and SBE have agreed that these safeguard measures are an acceptable
resolution of SBE's informal objection.

Should you have any additional questions or concems, please do not hesitate to
contact me.

                                       Sincerely,

                                       Allison M. Ellis, Esq.
