The user of channel 7 in LA is KMEX-TV.
I am in London this week. I cannot remember if there is anyone using it in
Bakersfield. Go ahead and file for the license and when you are ready to test we
will notify all users and work with you.

                  Hi Howard,

We are trying to coordinate a test during the month of July at China Lake. We will
have a low power airborne cellular telephone system transmitting at 2112.6 MHz at
15000' AMSL. In order to receive an STA we need to coordinate with the 2 GHz
band TV BAS stations in the area. Would you be able to help me get a list and
                  contact information?

Hi John. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today about our China Lake STA.
We can reduce the power of our airborne experiment to 20 W output/ 25W ERP. In addition,
the altitude can be adjusted from 25,000 to 15,000 feet. I have already logged in and changed
this on the application. In addition, I discussed your other requests with our team and we will
begin our prior coordination efforts. As I mentioned, we have a site visit next week and will
have an opportunity to coordinate more closely with the base personnel and to clarify the
experiment details with them. I will update you following this visit. A
