The instant application seeks authority for an experimental authorization to utilize
three transmit sites. Two of the three transmit sites are located on top of buildings and
the antenna structure does not exceed the top of the building by 6 meters. A third site is a
tower, but as explained in the 442 Form, no FAA notification is necessary and the
structure is smaller than other structures in the vicinity.
