Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to Part 5 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission
("Commission"), 47 C.F.R. Part 5, AT&T Mobility, LLC, on behalf of its wholly-owned
subsidiary New Cingular Wireless, LLC (collectively "AT&T") hereby submits this letter
of concurrence with the associated application for an experimental Special Temporary
Authorization ("STA") in the Helena, Georgia area, filed by CeIlBIox Acquisition, LCC.
(CellBlox). CellBlox seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of there managed access mobile
radio communication system, in a 'real-world" environment from April 1, 2015 to July 2,
2015 pursuant to grant of this experimental STA by the Commission.

CellBlox's application requests to operate on frequencies associated with thirteen licenses
within a 0.2 km radius of a specified center point in Helena (TELFAIR), GA - (NL 32-
05-19; WL 82-54-32). The licenses are:

CelIBlox requests to use, these channels for its demonstrations. CellBlox is working
cooperatively with AT&T, has agreed to coordinate the demonstrations of its technology
with AT&T, and will avoid harmful interference while conducting the demonstrations. hi

addition, CeilBiox has agreed to immediately cease operations should any interference
issues arise during the demonstrations.

AT&T desires to consent to C1Blox's testing of its technology and, therefore, agrees to
permit CeliBlox to uçthe referenced channels within a 0.2 km radius of a specified
center point in Helena (TELFAIR), GA - (NL 32-05-19; WL 82-54-32) for a period of
April 1, 2015 to July 2, 2015 after the grant of the associated application. In authorizing
CeilBIox to use AT&T's licened spectrum in this manner, AT&T accepts responsibility
for any failure of an actual subscriber communications which may occur in the area in
which CeliB lox is authorized to operate during the course of its operations under the
requested experimental STA. Accordingly, AT&T supports the grant of the associated
application for an experimental STA.
