You have indicated you are seeking to obtain authorization for the following frequency bands:
"Overview of Operations
Capella seeks to use the following frequency bands:
1) 2025-2110 MHz for uplink;
2) 8025-8400 MHz for downlink;
3) 9300-10000 MHz for SAR imaging; and
4) 161.9625 MHz, 161.025 MHz, 156.775 MHz, and 156.825 MHz for automatic identification system
(“AIS”) monitoring".
However, on your application you have entered different frequency bands. Please explain.

The frequency bands included in the overview of operations are the FCC frequency allocation that we
plan on using. As an example, the 2025-2110 MHz band's primary allocation is for EARTH
EXPLORATION-SATELLITE (Earth-to-space). Within this band we plan on using the frequencies of
2035.5 - 2036.5.
Is there is a better way to indicate this within our application?

Additionally, please go back to your application and enter the ERP for 2035.5-2036.5 MHz and
9400-9900 MHz.

The frequencies of 2035.5-2036.5 MHz and 9400-9900 MHz are receive only frequencies and do not
have an associated ERP. Is there a better way to indicate this on our application?
