Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies 2230, 2260 and 2280 MHz. The purpose is to provide video coverage of the NFL Draft and related events for both ESPN and the NFL Network for the period of April 26 through May 2, 2015. Equipment will be operated only inside the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and will typically be used only during the evening hours of 8:00 to 11:30 PM CDT. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
