4) A cost recovery fee letter is not required since IARU coordination is not required

5) The inclination angle will be 51.65 degrees, the apogee will be 420 km, and the perigee will be 420 km,
and the orbital period will be 92.89. The satellite will be the only satellite in the system.

6) The satellite transmitter antenna gain will be 2 dBi, beamwidth will be 29 degrees, azimuthal range will
be 360 degrees and +/-90 degrees for elevation (180 degrees total).

The earth station receiver antennas will have a gain of 16.3 dBi, a 44 degrees beamwidth, an azimuthal
range of 360 degrees, and a minimum angle of elevation of 20 degrees. The earth station antenna
located in Linthicum, MD will be 81 meters above mean sea level. The earth station antenna located in
Rochester, MN will be 331 meters above mean sea level.

Both earth station antennas will have an overall height above ground to the tip of the antenna of 5 meters.
