Mr. O’Rear,

 We respectfully request your coordination comments on the attached FCC OET filing (0475-ex-
st-2009). On previous tests similar in nature to this one we have had restrictions placed on the
testing parameters (listed below) and we are more then willing to comply with those limitations or
any new restrictions for this request.

1) The power will not exceed the power provided to FAA Tim Pawlowitz.
2) In the band 1328-1357MHz, Boeing will do sector blanking +/- 5 degrees from bearing to
473030N 1221750W, 332.4 degrees in reference to true North. Boeing shall prevent any
interference to FAA radar operations at Ft Lawton.
3) Licensee shall coordinate with Western Service Area (Northwest Mountain) Frequency
Management Office prior to testing.
