EUTELSAT STA Description Exhibit
Why STA is Necessary:

Boeing requires special temporary authority (“STA”) in order to begin using the Eutelsat 7A satellite.
This STA supports interim operations while we are preparing a technical showing pursuant to Section
5.63(e) of the Commission’s rules regarding the orbital debris mitigation plan of the Eutelsat 7A satellite
in support of our Experimental license WC2XVE.

Purpose of Operation:

The purpose of this operation is to provide expanded coverage of our Boeing Broadband Satellite
Network.
