3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request for the live video link to Big Screens at the Nationals World Series Parade. 3G Wireless submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. J Street Productions has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide the necessary microwave Links for this event on the parade route in Washington, DC. 7th Ave NW to the Ellipse along Constitution Ave and the National Mall. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Washington DC area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of the special event, 3G Wireless, LLC requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band
