A STA is needed to demonstrate the capabilities of a prospective communications system during the 2010 U.S. Coast Guard Innovation Expo to be held at the Tampa Convention Center. This demonstration would require UHF radio transmission of existing, FCC certified, COTS equipment within the specified area.
