Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm is enabling a limited duration developer trial of up to 300 WWAN enabled (GSM, HSPA+, LTE) development ?tablet? form factor platforms. Each device recipient will be required to agree to terms and conditions for usage of the development tablets before receiving a tablet. Such terms and conditions restrict usage to a controlled user environment and prohibits usage by the general public and non-authorized developers. Prior to transmission, Qualcomm will obtain consent from the desired WWAN service provider allowing use of the development tablets on the respective commercial WWAN network.
