Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Sensus will be testing our new European AMI product at our facilities in: Morrisville, NC and Boise, ID because we have no European engineering design facilities. We anticipate selling this system in Europe. The European frequencies we expect to use are paired frequencies in the 412-414 MHz and 422-424 MHz ranges. We currently have no license to operate these frequencies in the US.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing of our AMI RF equipment. We hope to be able to perform extensive RF lab and field testing of this newly developed AMI RF equipment prior to taking it to the EU. We may also perform small demonstrations here in the US for our potential EU clients.
