Harris Corporation (Harris) respectfully seeks approval of its request for short term STA to operate in the 700 MHz public safety broadband (Band 14) spectrum currently licensed to FirstNet. Harris seeks to utilize Long Term Evolution (LTE) technologies for an Army Modernization Field Trial scheduled to be held 1/25/16 through 1/28/16 at the Raven Rock State Park in North Carolina. The Field Trial will integrate Harris's latest technology, in addition the that acquired from Excelis, and use them in simulation scenarios. Upon completion of the Field Trial, the results will be presented to USSOCOM.
