Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
This STA does not involve flight. The Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 booster will radiate from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) to the nearby SpaceX ground station located at Kennedy Space Center in order to check functional operation of vehicle comm systems after shipment and integration, prior to launch.
